欢迎使用「我记得」。使用本 App 及网站 iremember.place（合称"本服务"），即表示您同意以下条款。本服务由 I Remember Memorials LLC 运营。
1. 本服务
「我记得」为家人提供私密的纪念空间：共同珍藏照片与回忆、记录生平、写下悼词、点亮蜡烛、献上鲜花。纪念空间采用邀请制，仅对受邀成员可见。
2. 您的账号
- 注册时请提供真实、准确的信息，并妥善保管您的登录凭据。
- 您须年满 13 周岁方可使用本服务。
- 您对通过您的账号发生的活动负责。
3. 您的内容
- 您上传的照片、视频与文字仍归您所有。
- 为了向您和您邀请的家人提供服务，您授权我们存储、展示与传输这些内容（仅限于提供服务所需）。
- 请确保您有权分享所上传的内容，包括涉及他人的照片。
4. 行为准则
纪念空间承载着对逝者的敬意。您同意不在本服务中发布：
- 骚扰、诽谤、仇恨或侮辱性内容；
- 违法内容，或侵犯他人权利（包括肖像权与著作权）的内容；
- 冒充他人的内容，或垃圾信息。
App 内提供举报功能。对于违反本条款的内容或账号，我们可以移除内容、限制或终止账号。
5. 隐私
我们如何处理您的信息，请见隐私政策。
6. 知识产权
本服务本身（包括 App、标识与设计）归 I Remember Memorials LLC 所有。
7. 重要提醒：请保留原件
我们尽力守护您托付的回忆，但任何在线服务都无法承诺绝对无虞。请务必自行保留珍贵照片与视频的原件，本服务不能替代您自己的备份。
8. 免责声明与责任限制
本服务按"现状"提供。在法律允许的最大范围内，我们不对间接损失承担责任；我们的全部责任以您在过去十二个月内为本服务支付的费用为限（当前本服务免费，即为零）。
9. 服务的变更与终止
我们可能更新或停止本服务的部分功能。如计划停止运营本服务，我们将提前合理通知，让您有机会导出您的内容。您可以随时停止使用并删除账号。
10. 条款的变更
如本条款有重大变更，我们会在 App 内或通过邮件通知您。继续使用即视为接受更新后的条款。
11. 适用法律
本条款受美国加利福尼亚州法律管辖。

The I Remember app · I Remember Memorials LLC · Effective September 15, 2026
Welcome to I Remember. By using the app and the website iremember.place (together, "the Service"), you agree to these terms. The Service is operated by I Remember Memorials LLC.
1. The Service
I Remember gives families private memorial spaces: a place to gather photos and memories, record a life story, write tributes, light candles, and offer flowers. Memorials are invitation-only and visible solely to invited members.
2. Your account
- Provide accurate information when registering, and keep your login credentials safe.
- You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
- You are responsible for activity that happens through your account.
3. Your content
- The photos, videos, and writing you upload remain yours.
- So that we can provide the Service to you and the family members you invite, you grant us the right to store, display, and transmit your content — only as needed to operate the Service.
- Please make sure you have the right to share what you upload, including photos of other people.
4. Conduct
Memorials carry the dignity of the people they honor. You agree not to post:
- harassing, defamatory, hateful, or abusive content;
- unlawful content, or content that violates others' rights (including likeness and copyright);
- impersonation or spam.
The app includes a reporting feature. We may remove content or restrict or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
5. Privacy
How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Intellectual property
The Service itself — the app, the name, and its design — belongs to I Remember Memorials LLC.
7. Important: keep your originals
We work hard to protect the memories you entrust to us, but no online service can promise absolute safety. Please keep your own originals of precious photos and videos — the Service is not a substitute for your own backups.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the past twelve months (currently the Service is free, so zero).
9. Changes to and termination of the Service
We may update or discontinue parts of the Service. If we ever plan to shut the Service down, we will give reasonable advance notice so you can export your content. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.
10. Changes to these terms
If we make material changes, we will notify you in the app or by email. Continued use means acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
