如何加入一座纪念空间？
「我记得」采用邀请制。请家人从 App 内向您发出邀请（邀请链接或二维码），注册后即可加入。
我可以为亲人创建纪念空间吗？
可以。注册后即可创建纪念空间，然后邀请家人加入，共同添加照片与回忆。
纪念空间里的内容别人能看到吗？
不能。每座纪念空间都是私密的，只有受邀成员可以看到。详见隐私政策。
看到不当内容怎么办？
每条内容都有举报入口。您也可以直接发邮件给我们，我们会尽快处理。
如何删除我的账号？
在 App 的账号设置中可以删除账号；也可以发邮件至
support@iremember.place 由我们协助处理。
忘记密码了？
在登录页点击"忘记密码"，重置邮件会发送到您的注册邮箱（发件人为 noreply@email.iremember.place，如未收到请检查垃圾邮件）。

How do I join a memorial?
I Remember is invitation-only. Ask a family member to send you an invite from inside the app (a link or QR code); register and you're in.
Can I create a memorial for a loved one?
Yes. Register, create the memorial, then invite family members to add photos and memories together.
Can strangers see what's inside a memorial?
No. Every memorial is private and visible only to invited members. See the Privacy Policy.
What if I see inappropriate content?
Every piece of content has a report option. You can also email us directly, and we'll act promptly.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account in the app's account settings, or email
support@iremember.place and we'll take care of it.
Forgot your password?
Tap "Forgot password" on the login screen — a reset email goes to your registered address (sender: noreply@email.iremember.place; check spam if it doesn't appear).
